Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and built in twin bunk beds . The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure. Unit 2305, 7/16 to 7/23, 2022

Wonderful! Condo is lovely. A couple of feedback items: more silverware would be helpful for families. Also, thermostat was not very responsive and the temp was pretty high the whole time. Lock on door did not work properly.

Amazing Unit

Family getaway

This was our first condo rental on a family vacation. We loved the extra space and the location in proximity to the beach. Kids loved the pool. The unit itself had a few issues, small things that needed repair. Safety hazards we reported to maintenance and they were fixed within 15 minutes. Air vents were dirty, had a hard time breathing due to my allergies. Seating was for 4 in living room, and the unit slept 6. Was challenging to relax, would have appreciated another chair. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would go back to the property when we are back in the PCB area.

We have never stayed in a condo prior to this. After finding out you need to bring your own hand soap for the bathrooms and Dawn for the kitchen, we went to the store and then all was perfect. Gorgeous view, inside and out. Condo was decorated like a magazine!!

Nice Condos

Nice condo! Our stay there was great. Staff was great. Pool was great (there are 2 and 2 hot tubs).Close to everything, and condo is on the beach. Only thing that didn’t sit well with us was the carpet. It looked clean but wasn’t. Our feet or socks ended up dirty and almost black at the bottom after like 10 mins of waking on it, so I tried to keep my shoes on as much as I could. Other then that it really was a nice comfortable stay.

Girls Trip to PCB

The room was clean and cute as can be. We were extremely happy with our room (2305) and the entire condo. The description was great, other than it said that the couch is a pull out bed, and it was not. The description on the bunk bed should've been a little clearer, seeing how it was basically located in a closet. When we were leaving on Sunday, I went to the office to turn in our bracelets that we wore out by the pool, and no one was there. There was a sign on the door that stated they would be back at 8:30, but I waited until 9:00 and no one came in. There wasn't a "clean up list" anywhere in the condo or in my reservation emails. We had no clue what was expected to be cleaned before check out. Since there was no one in the office when I was trying to check out, I am not sure when I will receive my deposit back or what was expected to be done before check out. The woman at the front desk upon check in was extremely nice and very professional. I was also told that I would receive a discount upon check out because of the construction going on. I also could not ask any staff about that.

So, my only complaints, are that the "check out cleaning instructions" should be listed somewhere in the room and that there should be staff in the office at all times. Especially during check in and check out times. The condo was beautiful and so was our room.

A safe place after the storm

We weren’t there on vacation but took refuge after Hurricane Michael for a couple months. It was comforting and a safe place for our children. The elevator renovations presented some problem but the condo itself became our retreat.

Great stay

We had a great time! The only issue was the elevators. Only one was working most of our stay. Which they had documented and posted that they were currently working on them so we understood! Will definitely be back!
