This Gulf Crest 17th floor condo has been recently updated. The 1800 square-foot oceanfront unit features an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 750 square-foot wrap around balcony.
Our three bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a king bed, and a guest room with 4 twin beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, shower and tub combo and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure.

Very Nice Condo! Needs some updates

Lots of room for all of us. The condo is in need of updating in the master bathroom. The tub is extremely hard to get in and out of for anyone.

Snow bird winter

Beautiful unit. Breathtaking view. Everything about the unit was great with the exception of the tiled floor. It is in need of a thorough cleaning. Kitchen supplied with all necessary items. Comfortable beds and furniture. We were there for 3 months and enjoyed the outstanding large balcony. Hope to return next year.

Every room has a fantastic panorama beautiful view!! Your on the 17 th floor which faces the pelicans flying by your room up close snd the sunsets are are right there in front of you every evening.. you can get closer are more perfect than this... brand new washer and dryer state of art models and its Liam flooring marble white lots of sunshine and TVs all have divert channels kitchen is a beau spsce to relax entertainment is a must!! Clean shiny like new.. so relax and enjoy your t vacation

Best view for all time

The condo is so great. The color blends with the colors of tHe ocean and is very soothing. There are 4 beds in one bedroom and two large beds in the other room. There is the largest tub I’ve ever got to use in the condo and you can shower inside it at the same time. The washer and dryer are really nice. There are very expensive blinds up at the window in the living rOom but I personally could use a curtain at the sliding glass door. The unit is quiet and has lots of patio furniture and space. This unit is a great rental unit for lots of girlfriends or a busy family is perfect. I think we were extremely lucky to get to reNt this unit. I love the new door open and close locks. There is beach and pool items along with 2 chairs in the laundry room. The owner thought of everything!

Nice and Relaxing

The unit was nice. A little outdated than other units but it was still nice. Having a unit at the end was amazing. We had a wrap around balcony that was used often. I only gave it a 4 because both tubs are hard to get into and they need a mat so they aren't so slippery. Both of my parents almost fall and it could've ended out trip really quick.

At first glance, I was not impressed with the decor. However, the view was AMAZING! The beds were super comfy too. My only complaint was that the shower in the master bath was broken and would not stay on the wall with the suction cup provided. Other than that. we had a wonderful week!

Overall property is very good. It is in a great location, the view is absolutely breathtaking, and the unit is very clean and well kept. It is a little dated and could be an amazing unit with just a few updates, but it is very clean, comfortable, and spacious! I would definitely recommend this unit!
