This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.



Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and built in twin bunk beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure. This unit also includes a pair of beach chairs and an umbrella provided by beach service.

Amazing First Visit!

This was our first visit to Panama City Beach.... and our first time using ‘Emerald Coast By Owner’ to find a rental.
What a great experience! The owner, Ross, was wonderful to work with...he was always available to answer questions and replied quickly back to us. We appreciated how he communicated with us to make sure we had a wonderful stay.
The condo was exactly as pictured and described. We loved that the
kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking.... as we do enjoy making some of our own meals in!
The condo was very clean and furniture was very comfortable.
The views of the ocean from the AMAZING large balcony was a treat in itself! The balcony was well furnished with chairs and loungers.
The location was perfect for easily getting to many restaurants and although we didn’t have children with us, there are several attractions nearby for kids.
We highly recommend this rental and we DO look forward to returning again!

June vacation

This was a last minute vacation. The original renter had to change weeks opening up this week. I am very glad we got to stay in this condo. We come to Panama city beach multiple times per year. This was one of the cleanest condos we have stayed in while vacationing in Pcb. This was a great condo all around with very good communication with owner. We will definitely stay again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The elevators worked quick. We were concerned staying on the 16th floor but never had an issue. The staff all over the complex were kind and helpful. The parking deck was tight for our big truck but were able to park on the top deck with no issues. We liked that this was a gated community. Overall would stay here again.

LOVED IT!

Perfectly Perfect location and beautiful condo

We absolutely loved the condo unit. Very nice, comfy and cozy. Very nice that there were 2 chairs and beach umbrella available to us. Cooler in the unit with wheels was very handy. Internet connection without any problems. In general the overall condominium staff were on point, gated access felt safe with privacy and protection. Have zero complaints other than I would add a few pot holders and oven mitts, microwave needs updated or deep cleaned. I would also have liked to have a broom, now yes it’s vacay time lol, but there was already so much sand on the floors throughout the whole condo I wanted to be able to sweep it up and didn’t really want to go buy a broom! So aside from those tiny things, we loved the condo and will definitely consider future rental again! Pleasantly pleased!

Condo was just as described in the pictures !! Absolutely beautiful decor and view !! Owner was very thoughtful of renters needs and even provided extras like beach toys and a cooler with wheels !! Our one year old granddaughter was with us and we were pleased to find a high chair and a Pack-n-Play!! Gulf Crest is a beautiful resort and is well-maintained. We felt very safe and comfortable at all times. Pools are great and beach-service was very much appreciated ! Parking was a bit tight, but we have a big truck and managed fine We would definitely stay there again !!

Really nice rental with a few issues

AMAZING views and a really nice layout. Overall, we are very pleased with our stay and the value for our money. The only drawbacks are the night clubs right next to the property (great if you are young and ready to party, not so great for a family) and the front desk was not easy to get a hold of (we called a few times, left a couple of voice messages, and emailed, but never heard back). We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday, so we are hoping that the issues with the front desk were a result of having skeleton crews working. There's nothing you can do about the night clubs, but the place is insulated enough that you can live with it. I think we will definitely stay here again though. 🙂

Our experience here at Gulf Crest was wonderful! The condo was spotless and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The hot tubs were down at the beginning of our stay but the problem was quickly addressed and they were up and running for the rest of our stay just fine. We were very pleased with our room and the staff at Gulf Crest. Still lots of work being done after the hurricane Michael but that didn’t interfere with our pool time. The pool was vacuumed everyday but the sides had a lot of dirt build up. There was lots of cigarette butts laying around the pool first couple of days but we’re cleaned up middle of the week.

We had a great vacation and love staying here. The only issue we had is that our balcony furniture was missing due to an UPCOMING clean up from Hurricane Michael. I feel we still could have had our balcony furniture and that kind of ruined our mornings and nights on the balcony.

Great location with even better hosts!

We stayed the first week of April 2019. Communication was amazing, Ross answered every question I had in a very timely manner prior to our arrival, once we were there, we really didn’t need anything as the condo was very accommodating! The views are amazing and the space is very comfortable and welcoming, highly recommend and will stay here again if we come back to Panama City.

Spacious, well appointed fantastic codo

We had such a great time and were very comfortable on our spring break. The living room is a wall of windows over looking the beach - so beautiful. Tons of seating inside and on the balcony for everyone to be comfortable. I felt very secure in that there is a fence around the entire property and there is a designated spot to park that’s very convenient to the walk over. This one is going in my address book to come back to!

Everything about this condo was good except the beds, they were to soft. Every time you moved the headboard would hit the wall. The condo was cleaner than other condos we have stayed in. We love to stay at Gulf Crest.

Enjoyed our stay!!

We stayed here for the first time and we really liked it. Everything was very nice ,clean and ready for our week there. I think the best part was the HUGE balcony. We actually saw dolphins every day and one morning we saw a couple of stingrays. The only thing I can say that I didn’t care for was the beds were too sold for my personal taste. But all in all it’s a great Condo!!

One of our favorite condos yet!

The condo was everything as described. Very clean! The balcony is fantastic! Ross (the owner) was easy to get in touch with if we did need anything. Gulf Crest condominium was clean and the staff was professional. The only thing my husband and I noticed for the condo would be a new coffee maker and some newer cooking utensils. The ones in the condo are ok, but we love cooking so some newer/updated cooking utensils would have been nice. We never had any issues with the WiFi. We were able to stream netflix, movies, and TV through our FireStick with no issues. I was able to work on my graduate studies without any internet glitches, and my husband played xbox live without any internet issues either. We typically have some issues with WiFi, especially during peak times when most people use the WiFi like at night, but no issues at all! We definitely plan to stay in this condo again since we had such a great stay!

Our unit was clean upon arrival and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. I would recommend luggage racks or chairs in the bedroom for suitcases but that was my only criticism. Very nice unit and comfortable. Would stay again.

We have stayed in many condos in the gulf from Clearwater to Panama City. This is our favorite. It was so clean and the view from the 16th floor was amazing! The kids love watching the jets fly over and the Dolphins. The water was beautiful and the staff was amazing and nice. Clean pools and fitness center too. Will def be back!!
