This 1388 square-foot oceanfront unit offers an open floor plan and a large fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. Enjoy breathtaking views from the spacious 360 square-foot balcony.
Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and built in twin bunk beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower with glass enclosure. This unit includes complimentary beach chairs and umbrella set up.

Vey nice and clean condo

Vey nice and clean condo! It was great having enough chairs / couches in the living room and the balcony furniture was a great set up.
Only needed to purchase kitchen dish soap but that was the least we could do being they provided all the kitchen necessaries.
Plenty of pool chairs and tiki bar food was good for an easy lunch.
The chairs from the beach rental were actual lounge sun tanning loungers which was great, but the older guy isn’t the friendliest person you’ll ever meet. There were no consistency of where the chairs may be. One day they were right at the waters edge, the next were mid way between ocean and condo- which let others be in front of you with chairs and umbrellas.
I know there’s a ‘rule’ of where they should go, but ours hardly ever lined up with others down from us so just be prepared for not having a direct ocean view. Just take a beach blanket to put out in front of your lounge chairs early mornings to claim your area and then we would move it later when we saw that kids needed a spot to play in the sand, which we enjoyed watching.
I would definitely rent this condo again.

PCB CONDO RENTAL

I SPENT TWO MONTHS IN PANAMA CITY BEACH AT GULF CREST CONDOS. THIS WAS MY SECOND WINTER AT GULF CREST AND I LOVE IT! I PLAN TO RETURN AGAIN NEXT YEAR. I LOVE THIS CONDO COMPLEX. IT'S SO CONVENIENT TO EVERYTHING AND IS SITUATED OUT OF THE HIGH FLOW.

Great place to get away
The condo unit was very nice. Well appointed and maintained. We were impressed by the number of items in the kitchen that could be used and which made our stay very comfortable and easy. Beds were very comfortable. Unit was nice and clean and well kept. The building is quiet and well managed.

Extremely nice condo

We’ve been staying at Gulf Crest at least once a year since 2005 and started staying there twice a year in 2019. We thoroughly enjoy it and really like the central location to the east end of the beach. The layout of the complex is great and the floor plans are large and well designed with huge private balconies. We usual stay in a friends 3 bedroom unit but it sold so this year we rented this 2?bedroom. We were pleasantly surprised at how incredibly nice this unit is for two people. The owners are obviously interested in being great hosts and providing everything needed for a perfect stay. It’s decorated and appointed with high quality furnishings and with comfort in mind. It looks like this might have been a private residence prior to being placed on the rental program. It’s a very nice unit! We’ve already booked it for next year.

A Great Family Vacation
My family and I stayed in Unit 1605 for a week in June of 2021. We had a fantastic time. The view from the balcony was out of this world, you could see for miles either way you looked. The condo fit all our needs and was very spacious. We like that it was fully gated. We will defiantly consider this condo again on our next trip to Panama City.

Much better than average

Finally indoor as well as outdoor furniture that isn’t so cheap you can only sit on it for an hour! Nice! The only artificial plant was thankfully outdoors on the balcony where all the dust can get blown off and washed off by rain. Could use more lighting in living room and a firmer mattress in main bedroom but all in all very nice. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

We loved our condo. There was easy access from the parking garage. The condo was beautifully appointed. We especially enjoyed the padded porch seats/couch. The view was stunning, and beach access was easy. All in all, it was a relaxing week and we would definitely return!

Very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, gorgeous unit! Loved the complex too. Overall, fantastic stay. Comfortable and clean furniture that didn't feel like a typical condo "gross used" feel. It truly felt like HOME, furniture was very home like. Loved to entertain there, was perfect!

Fantastic stay!

We booked a last minute vacation at Gulf Crest and it was wonderful! Having never stayed at this end of PCB we weren't sure what to expect. It was clean, had all the kitchen items needed. The balcony was the best we've ever had! Saw sharks! Dolphins, stingrays all in the early morning! Highly recommend the staff (Taylor) and this unit!

Balcony was very spacious with outdoor sectional and beach style flat chairs, patio table with swivel tilt chairs. Kitchen had everything you needed and then some griddle/crockpot etc. Both bathrooms very clean comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. The only thing I would have liked/changed was a notice of the gate code upon arrival. Super fast wifi as well. Large hot/spa tubs 2 pools one was heated. Small kiddie pool but it was dec and not in use.

Great summer vacation

The Perfect View

The view could not have been more perfect!! The staff was extremely easy to work with, and when we had an issue in our unit, it was taken care of that day. The only negative was the elevators. It sometimes took quite a while to get on one. Overall, it was a great experience!! I highly recommend it!!

Only complaint is that the mattress in the 2nd bedroom was horrible! Pee stains, big huge dip in the middle of the bed. We have to flip the mattress over(thinking) the other side was better and that’s when we found the stains. Overall stay was perfect kids enjoyed their stay as well! Thanks!!!

Clean and great view

It’s was clean and had great views. We had problems with the cable on and off. When to put roast in crockpot and one was broken and other had no lid. No enough cooking pans. Also it was suppose to sleep 8 but there was no pullout bed in the couch so I would only consider this a 6 person condo. Had some light bulbs out but didn’t report them. But overall happy

Do your research. If the modernness your room is important to you, you could be horribly disappointed or very impressed. Make sure you see the unit before you book. Property MUST add A/C to elevators to compete with competitors.

AMAZING!!!!!!
Everything about the condo was perfect! From booking, until the end of the stay, everything was nothing but perfect. When booking the rental, the staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way they could. For our particular group, there were 6 of us. 5 of us were 23-24. Because of this, there was an extra security deposit, however, the staff made sure that that was not a problem and gave us time to pay the extra security deposit. Everything was paid on time and everything was smooth sailing from there. We arrived after the office had closed, because of the distance to actually get there, but Gulf Crest made it accessible to obtain our keys after office hours. I have nothing but great things to say about this place,my experience, and of course the staff. I would definitely rent from them again!

I loved staying in unit 1605 at Gulf Crest! The room was beautiful and I like being high up so I can look down and see how beautiful everything is and have a better look at the ocean.
