The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and love seat, with big screen Smart TV (your passwords and logins needed for apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Pandora etc.) which flows to the dining and bunk bed areas. This two-bedroom unit includes a master bedroom with king bed, TV, sliding glass doors to the balcony, and bath with double vanity, glass enclosed walk-in shower, walk in closet, separate toilet room and designated laundry room. The guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, with connecting door to the guest bath featuring a large vanity and tub/shower combo with pocket door separation. AWESOME VACATION

Arrived on Sept. 17, stayed until Sept. 24. Facility was awesome as usual with very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable and our only "concern" was the sofa was uncomfortable (usual for a sleeper sofa). Kitchen was well appointed and we had an overall wonderful week.

Welcoming Condo

We love Gulf Crest! Our room was. It ready when we arrive but was shortly after. Only delayed because they were double checking the cleaning of a new staff member. Much appreciate the extra attention. The room itself was very peaceful and fully furnished. Kitchen had everything we could ask for. Couch was nice and beds were soft. The TV in the living room is a smart type where you can access your apps like Disney+. Bedroom TVs are regular with local channels/cable. Balcony has nice lounge chairs and a terrific view. Will definitely remember this room for future visits!

We enjoyed the extra large balcony with high top table and four swivel chairs and very nice padded lounge chairs. The view was excellent also. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The on problem was the couch it needs to be replaced or repaired cushions will not stay in place. Overall a very good stay.

We stayed for 4 days and enjoyed every minute of it. The master bed was so comfy. The ocean view front was also amazing. The condo was very clean and organized. We would definitely look into staying at this place again. The only downside to this place was that one of the two hot tubs was out of order so the one and only hot tub was full of people constantly.

The rental was wonderful! Very roomy, and beautiful decor with an amazing view. The only 2 complaints I had was that the door was hard to get in and out of, and there was not a lot of toilet paper provided. The front desk was not available because of construction so I couldn't go down and ask for more.

This was our third year at Gulf Crest, first in 502 and two in 1002. Both units are well maintained and clean. The management staff is always happy if any issues should come up.
The view of the beautiful beach (top 3 in the country) is great from the master bedroom, the living room as well as the dining room. The balcony is one of the largest on the beach.

Awesome Place to Stay
We enjoyed our first time stay at Gulf Crest. The room was great, clean and comfy. The staff (especially Tyler) were very friendly, helpful and just overall great to deal with. We will definitely call Tyler next time we plan a trip to Panama City Beach.

This was the nicest condo we've stayed in at Panama City besides the Grand Panama (and we've stayed in a lot). It was very spacious and I loved the location of the washer and dryer. Actually, I loved the location of everything! The balcony was huge, which is very important to my husband. I can't say enough good things about this condo. It was super clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

Runnels beach trip 2017
Pretty awesome stay!! Beach right out the back gate...nice pools if you don't want the sand! Game room could use a little more entertainment...per my kiddos!! We did have a/c issues. The room would only get down to around 75 at night and 78 during day. Wasn't unbearable though!

A Relaxing Vacation

Gulf Crest Condominiums is a very beautiful place to stay. There is covered parking, a gated community so you feel safe, the grounds are kept pristine and we would watch from our balcony the pools and hot tubs being cleaned daily. The office staff was extremely kind and helpful through the entire process of booking a reservation. And when we arrived the office staff was wonderful, despite me constantly questioning them before my arrival. I laugh now but I was nervous coming from out of state. I plan on staying at Gulf Crest Condominiums each year as I come to Panama City Beach. Room 1002 is on the 10th floor, with spectacular views. The balcony is huge and so peaceful. The pictures are true to the actual condo. The master bed was so comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes so that you could cook daily if you wanted to. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was awesome. I loved everything about my stay in room 1002 at Gulf Crest Condominiums. The only thing that I would suggest to the owner of the unit is the living room furniture needs updated. It was kept very clean, but is very old and week. Sitting on it was a bit uncomfortable and it felt like it could collapse any minute. Everything else was so fabulous! I can't explain enough about how wonderful Gulf Crest Condominiums is to stay at and room 1002 was clean and so peaceful.

Beautiful Unit

This is a nice condo!! Great location and very secure with gated entrance/exit to the street and to the beach. I am happy that I packed our beach towels because there is NOT an attendant that replenishes your towels. This is a private condo so you should bring everything you may need to keep your unit clean. I had never stayed at a "private condo" so we just went up the street to Wal-mart and picked up Gain, Clorox cleaner and dishwasher detergent. I really enjoyed how private our stay was and the front desk lady was very nice. Our A/C went out after-hours so we called the after-hours maintenance and he got an A/C man from a privately owned company to come out the same night! Also the cable in one of the guest bedrooms was out and front desk lady called Comcast for us and it was repaired! On top of that we received the late check-out as we requested when we booked this unit. Checked out at 12 noon. Great service!! Nice people! Beautiful beach w/private access! Very pleased with our stay!! Hope to go back next year and stay longer!
