Our two bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, built in twin bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower with glass enclosure and a walk in closet. Great Stay

Unit was clean. Facility was well maintained. Furniture okay, but needs to be updated. Office management are wonderful to work with. Pleased with stay.

Had a great stay.

Loved having 3 rooms that fronted the beach and the lanai (deck area) which provided tons of light and a georgeous view. From 802 (2 BR unit) you can't see the pool unless you are at the railing but that was probably better as we didn't have as much noise from the pool. The unit was spacious but the secondary bedroom was a bit small. We had great weather the week we were there so that was a plus! Gulf Crest could use more umbrellas around the pools. They do have scheduled activities there during the week around the pool but we did not receive that schedule so did not participate. Having a parking deck was nice. They provide starter TP, Paper towels etc. but after that you are on your own. I suggest bringing your own vs. the mad buying rush on check in days at the local Walmart - which is super close! You can rent the lounge chairs on the beach through a different company. We brought our own.

Overall a great stay!

We really love gulf crest! We have stayed there in the past and just loved the location and the complex itself. Our room this time was pretty good. Only downsides I can really say is that it was a little outdated and some of the dishes/pots and pans provided were not completely clean(still had small pieces of food stuck on). Not a big deal because we brought paper plates,bowls etc. I just washed the pot or pan we needed before using. There was tons of cookware and dishware so I can understand that it would be hard to make sure every piece was spotless. Only other “issue” was that the faucets for the bathtubs in each bathroom were spitting out black flakes, that never stopped coming out so my kids had to take showers instead of baths. Again, not a big deal so Other than those minor things, the room was clean and had tons of things provided! The location of the complex is great to us as we like being on Thomas drive where it is quieter with less traffic. If I could change anything about gulf crest as a whole, it would be parking and check in/out time. The assigned parking is fine if you only have 1 vehicle. But we had 2 so one of us parked in the numbered spot which was right by a wall so we barely fit. And the other vehicle had to park at the very top in an unnumbered spot and it was a truck so they had to make sure nothing was left in the bed of the truck that could be stolen or messed up by rain being that the top level isn’t covered. And check in/out times are different from a lot of other places. Normally check in is at 3:00 and checkout is 10 or 11, but with gulfcrest check in isn’t until 4:00 and check out is 9:00. It would have been nice if we could have atleast checked out a little later so that we wouldn’t have to wake up and rush out.

Great beach and great view!

The condo was great, exactly as pictured! Beach was amazing and weather was perfect! Only complaint is there are only 3 elevators for 23 floors and 2 were out of order when we arrived! Had to take the steps up 8 floors to get in our room! During our 5 day stay there was at least one elevator out of service 3 of the 5 days! That is our only complaint but it’s a big one!

Great spot in the beach. We’ve been to Gulf Crest 4 times now

The condo was clean. There was a light fixture that was out in the smaller bathroom but the maintenance crew replaced the bulbs the next day. The tv had a terrible picture because the cable input port was defective on the tv itself ( I did the troubleshooting to prove it. I routed the input from the dvd with the red white and yellow cable from the cable box to the tv and we got a good picture then with hurricane Sally passing by we needed to keep a watch on the weather and calling the maintenance office for this was zero help. I left a note for the next tenant. The power was off for about 36 hours in the whole pcb community but our condo had a backup generator and the maintenance team kept the lights in and we had hot water through the storm!
Quite a different experience at the edge of a hurricane.
Gulf Crest: highly recommend!

Cozy Place to Stay

The unit accommodated us well! Plenary of room for two adult and 4 teenagers. Staff was great and prompt on fixing the Jeep pad on the door since the battery was going dead! Definitely recommend to anyone- felt secure and safe during the whole stay.

Staff was very helpful, condo was very clean and nice. All the appliances worked great, plenty of towels and sheets. Loved spending time on the balcony and looking at the beautiful beach. Pools and hot tubs were well cared for and we enjoyed them as well.

Rough Start, Excellent Customer Service

Upon arrival to our room we identified a strong odor coming from the bunk bed area. Long story short, Courtney, the front desk manager immediately took action to try and fix the problem. The Condo team did their best but were unable to get the smell out. We had to move to another unit, but they compensated us appropriately for the inconvenience. The new unit was amazing and the facilities were exceptionally maintained. We did have issues with other people that were staying above us, but the security team responded immediately and I believe the occupants were removed from the building. High Five to the security team! They do not tolerate inconsiderate tenants. We have already made reservations for next year! Thank you Courtney! You are an amazing at your job and the Gulf Crest is lucky to have you!!!

Last days of Summer

Nearly Perfect. The weather was beautiful and the water was as nice as I can ever remember. Very warn and sunny, but low humidity and not one tiny bit of seaweed in the water. The water was cool and refreshing but not cold. I couldn't get enough of the water.
I'm 55 and felt like a kid again for the whole stay. Wonderful.
