Our three bedroom accommodations include a master bedroom with a king bed, two guest rooms both with king beds, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity, tub and shower and a walk in closet. The full size guest bathroom also features a tub and shower. This unit includes complimentary beach chairs and umbrella!

Perfect spot

We loved the property and have stayed twice and booked a third stay for next year already. Perfect location on the first floor. Just out the back door is the pools and beach.

June 2022 vacation

The condo was great. The pools & hot tubs were very refreshing. We made several visits to the Tiki bar & on a couple days we had a DJ onsite for the better part of the day. Only suggestion i can give to improve would be the trash pickup. The trash chute stayed pretty full much of our visit. But i highly recommend this location.

We had 3 adults, 2 teens and 2 toddlers stay here for a week and we all enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic location

We loved our stay at Gulf Crest #107. We selected it specifically for the location and King/queen beds. The unit is HUGE and clean. You can walk right out the patio door to the Tiki bar, pool and beach.
The only issue we had was with towels. We were only given 1 towel/washcloth per person (6 adults) for our stay. We asked the front office for more and they brought 3 of each. We called later to ask for more and were informed that the truck hadn't made the delivery. Luckily we had thought to bring laundry detergent with us, so we had to wash the units towels. Not what I would consider a 5 star stay.

A week in paradise

Amazing! Beautiful condo, spacious. We originally booked it with another family but they backed out so we had the whole condo to ourselves. Decorated lovely. Very convenient access to the pool. Big patio. Would have enjoyed a table with chairs out there like 106. Grounds beautifully maintained and clean. Pool area well kept. My kids loved the Tiki bar food. Access to the beach very easy and also well maintained. Able to walk to restaurants, go cart track, convenient store, and souvenir shop. Management always respond quickly to my emails. This vacation was a "10" and we would definitely stay in Gulf Crest Condos again.

107 - Gulf Crest

Great condo with plenty of space and 1st floor walk out to the pool. The unit was clean and the bedrooms very nice sized. Beach toys, chair, floats and umbrella for use was nice. Plenty of dishes and cookware for meal prep. Only thing missing was grilling utensils. Bonus on plastic food storage for leftovers etc. Covered parking in the garage. Onsite gym and grandson enjoyed getting a workout in daily.
When we rented this unit it included beach service and after arrival and heading to the beach the guy said that our unit did not pay for the chairs for 2020. Called the office and since the unit was sold shortly after we rented they had not paid the annual for it. They were great and spoke to the rental service and arranged for us to have other chairs.
Cons: Master BR fan is noisy if on a higher speed. Pool pump outside of the patio is a bit noisy. The patio would be great if it had a table and chairs to sit at and several of the plastic adirondack chairs were broken and couldn't be used. Game room was closed, pool table didn't work.
Great location in walking distance to restaurants, shops and activities. Very family friendly and no loud party groups. Security onsite patrolled but was not intrusive or overly strict. We have stayed at WaterCrest, Edgewater, Pelican Walk, Hidden Dunes and this has by far been our favorite. We would definitely stay here again.

we really enjoyed our stay in 107, the condo was very clean and a great location from the pools and the reserved spot in the parking garage, the security was good and the entire staff was excellent and very friendly and helpful !!! Gulf Crest is everything we were looking for , a home for the winter.
